Project Objectives:
ASEAM stands for ANU Student Enrollment And Marks system used within the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology (at the Australian National University, Canberra). It is designed to store information about student enrollments, marks, unit- and activity information. The ASEAM project involves the creation of such a database system and the implementation of a user-friendly interface to it. In this case, however, it is important that the solution is entirely based upon free software packages which are generally available from the Internet.
